Sarah found yoga about 15 years ago, never thinking for years that it was anything more than another fitness challenge. After moving back to her hometown of Bozeman in 2012 she started to practice consistently, and the deeper benefits began to become apparent. In 2016 she received her 200-hour teacher training from Drishti Yoga International in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, focusing on Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles.

Sarah has felt a profound impact from yoga, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The friends and fellow-yogis that have graced her life along this path continue to inspire her, and she aims to give back this same love and encouragement to the community.
Her classes will typically start slow and gentle, then build into a challenging, fun flow, paced to some sweet tunes.
When Sarah is not on the mat, you’ll find her out in nature with her fury best buddy Kai.
